13 scenes of the British Army in battles of the Peninsular War. Each is printed as a small circular disc. On the reverse of each disc is a letterpress description of the battle depicted. Issued with silk ribbons linking each disc, to form a continuous strand, with an engraved title at each end. Folded into a medal-shaped bronze container with portrait in relief of the Duke of Wellington on top and History on bottom.
