The Bodleian copy has buyer's date: '1481 Johannes Kewsch vicarius in ecclesia herbipolensi hunc librum comparavit proprijs expensis et pro omnibus. scilicet pergameno Impressura, Rubricatione, illuminatum et ligatum xviij flor. 1481'. The contractual date for the completion of printing, mentioned in Rudolphus von Scherenberg's prefatory letter, was 8 Nov. 1481.

BAC Leaf Collection no. 0302: Imperfect: incipit leaf, with text beginning "Ad te domine levavi anima[m] mea[m] deus meus in te confido no[n] erubesca[m]". With large initial 'A' painted in colors on a background of burnished gold, with extended floral decorations to the margins. From a collection of fifteenth- and sixteenth-century printed leaves compiled by Frederick Werther, with his enumeration stamped in ink.
