Description based on a fragmentary copy at the Yale Center British Art. Woodcuts and text appear to match Incunabula short title catalogue entry no. im00476000, but the typeface varies.

Three leaves include large woodcuts, depicting: the king harassed by a ghost; the confession on the deathbed; a knight in battle with a bear and dragon.

From a collection of fifteenth- and sixteenth-century printed leaves compiled by Frederick Werther, with his enumeration stamped in ink.
