Title devised by cataloger.There is writing on only two pages of the folded sheet. The recto pages are decorated with a gold crown stamp in the top left corner.The Mr. Meyer referenced in the letter may likely be William Meyer, Stallmeister and Master of the Horse, who was a part of the royal household. He retired from royal service in 1871. The Lord Albemarl referenced in the letter may likely be William Keppel, 4th Earl of Albemarle, who was the Master of Horse, under Lord Melbourne.
