Beneath the slogan "All over the world BOAC takes good care of you," the front of the fan depicts six costumed figures representing regions of the world: a Mounty (Americas), a girl with a basket on her head (Caribbean), a Beefeater (Europe), a tall tribesman (Africa), a Japanese lady (Asia), and a Mounty with Kangaroo (Australia). The back of the fan depicts the BOAC Speedbird logo in gold.
