"The text was machine-set in 13pt Monotype (hot-metal) Van Dijck at Gloucester Typesetting and printed at The Old School Press on an antique Rives BFK paper. The individual displays of units were printed on Simili Japon. The central gathering ... was printed on a laid Rives paper from OUP ... The cover paper on de luxe copies was marbled by Ann Muir ... The end-papers and dust-jacket of the standard copies are Hahnemuehle Bugra Butten. The binding was executed by Ludlow Bookbinders"--Colophon.
