No signatures or imprints except the title page, which is signed in lithograph W.A.L. Introductory text in three columns. Bound in contemporary half green morocco and green cloth. Dimensions: 29 cm x 59 cm. Also contains handwritten letter and note from Dudley Colman to J. R. Abbey, 1934.
