Use requires permission of the Curator of Rare Books and Manuscripts.A book sculpture, by Dalibor Nesnídal, in the form of a small wooden cabinet of curiosities containing: Shakespeare's sonnets, in 10 volumes; a reproduction of the Chandos portrait of Shakespeare (NPG 1); a magnifying glass, positioned for viewing the portrait of Shakespeare; a music box playing Beethoven's Für Elise (WoO 59); a sculpture of a fish; a seashell; and a smooth white pebble.The 10 volumes of Shakespeare sonnets were designed, published and bound in leather by Jan and Jarmila Sobota (2002).
