A Christian adherent would draw, read, and contemplate one verse each day.Title devised by cataloger.Set of approximately 150 Bible verses, printed on slips that have been rolled and inserted in a honeycomb pattern into a shallow box. Also included is a pair of simple metal tweezers, for procuring the printed slips. The box, covered in patterned paper of pink and gold, is pyramidal in shape, measuring 9 x 14 cm at top. The box lid is topped with a pink ribbon. The maker is identified on a gold label affixed to the underside of the box: "Manufactured in Great Britain by Pickering & Inglis Ltd."
