Louisa Seymour (1828-1889), was the youngest daughter of Henry Seymour (1776-1849), of Knoyle House, Hindon, Wiltshire; Northbrook Lodge, Devon; and 39 Upper Grosvenor Street, London. Henry was the second cousin of the 11th Duke of Somerset. In 1862, Louisa Seymour married Sir Henry Rawlinson, the prominent army officer and Orientalist.
