The signatures follow a double leaf signature system, where the sheet numbers are counted in consecutive order, and by doubling the last number will give the total number of leaves.

Signatures: [1]⁸([1]8+chi1) [2-6]⁸ [7]¹² [8-13]¹⁰ [14]¹² [15-28]¹⁰ [29-30]⁸ [31]¹² ([16]10 and [31]12 blank.).

This printing of Nachmanides' commentary to the Five Books of Moses is the second edition of this work (the first being printed in Rome, approximately 1470). It is arguably the first book printed in any language in Lisbon, Portugal.
