BAC: British Art Center copy: (Preface dated 1903.) Green half morocco, and green, pink and brown marbled board covers; gilt tooling on front and back covers and spine, all edges gilt, gold lettering on spine, purple place marking ribbon. The green leather has faded to a uniform deep brown. The edges of the covers are rounded by the binder. Title-page, tables. Spine height: 10 5/8 inches. Note: This book was published May 1903 as per preface date, regardless of 1902 date appearing on the title page and the spine of the book.
