Notes:
Issued in a blue-gray slipcase bearing a hand-colored title label, illustrated with a huntsman on horseback.
Four lines of verse on the front face read: "Tantivy the huntsman, he starts for the chace, In good humour as fresh as the morn, While health and hilarity beam from his face, At the sound of the mellow, tun'd horn."
Hand-coloured etching and aquatint.
The engraver/publisher is not identified.
