Hoffy, Ralph Trembley, Henry Dacre, and others; printed and colored by J.T. Bowen's Lithographic Establishment. Most portraits of which are accompanied by a biographical sketches. Tribes represented include Cherokee, Ojibwa, Creek, Osage, Oto, Seminole, Shawnee, and Winnebago. Volume III concludes with maps of locations of tribes in North America in 1833 and 1843.
