BAC: British Art Center has copy 1 in original boards, as issued. Without letterpress and frontispiece, and with Wicksteed's name in imprint, and the numbers of the plates reversed.
BAC: In British Art Center copy 2, all of the plates are printed on satin; letterpress and plates are inlaid to size within ruled borders (the text with borders of burnished gold). Bound in red morocco, blue leather labels, inlaid bands of blue and green leather, all fully gilt on backs.
