Signatures: pi⁸ a-x⁸ y⁶ (pi1, a1 blank?).
BAC: British Art Center copy imperfect: comprises 110 of 182 leaves. Lacks the first 3 signatures and leaves c4-5, d1, f4-5, g8, i2-6, k8, l8, m1, m7-8, n5, r8, and the last 4 signatures. Leaves g4 and g5 are transposed, and leaf k7 is bound between k2 and k3. Bound in 19th-century full levant, blind-tooled with a floral design, gilt edges, by Rivière.
BAC: British Art Center copy (de Ricci 29.35): "At front is the bookplate of Hannah D. Rabinowitz. This copy was sold at the Puttick and Simpson sale of 1 July 1856 to Skeffington for Cecil Dunn Gardner. It was again sold at the Gardner sale of 22 June 1880 and subsequently appeared in the Bans & Co. sale of the library of Henry F. Sewall, 9 Nov. 1896. Laid is a letter of 14 May 1897 from Theodore Irwin to Arthur G. Leonard, informing Leonard of the return of the book from Rivière, who mended and rebound it, and sending it on to him. From C.A. Stonehill."--Grolier Club.
