Eleven full-page woodcut illustrations throughout, first used in the Dutch edition by Claes Leeu, Antwerp, 1488 (ISTC is00450250), and then in the Latin edition by Johann Koelhoff, the Elder, Cologne, 1490 (ISTC is00449000), with the exception of a new woodcut for the last illustration.

Signatures: a-h⁶ i-k⁴. Last leaf k4 blank. First leaf a1 and second leaf of each gathering unsigned; leaf k1 signed "i j."

BAC Leaf Collection no. 0590: Imperfect: 14 leaves only, leaves a1, a2, a4, a5, a6, b1, b3, e2, e4, f1, g2, g4, g6, and i1, all with large woodcut illustrations. From a collection of fifteenth- and sixteenth-century printed leaves compiled by Frederick Werther, with his enumeration stamped in ink.
