Two variations are described in Historical catalogue of the printed editions of Holy Scripture in the library of the British and Foreign Bible Society (1903). Text printed in two columns, with marginal references.
"Apocrypha" has caption title only; paged continuously with the Old Testament.

By His Majesty's special command. Appointed to be read in chuches. University of Oxford, printed by John Baskett, printer to the King's most Excellent Majesty. 1716.
