From typed note by Fairfax Harrison inside front cover: "The Minute book, from which this photostat reproduction was made, was preserved by Messrs. Thomas and Thomas W. Doswell (father and son) of "Bullfield" in Hanover County, Va... and was presented by the widow of Bernard Doswell... to W.D. Cardwell of Richmond, in whose possession it now is." One of three copies.
