Two rugs can be seen on the floor, both large and also striking in appearance. A wooden rocking chair with additional cushions sits at left, with a closed hutch behind it. Books and photographs are housed in a shelving unit with a fabric skirt, in the background. The photographs depict various people and are likely family or friends' portraits.
